LIXIL American Standard: inspection and follow-up of its plant's roof renovation
At the American Standard (LIXIL) plant in Aguascalientes we inspected the roofs by drone, documented the whole roof renovation and plant remodel with video and orthomosaics, and produced video of its events.

The challenge
Replacing the roof of a plant that keeps running: knowing which sections were damaged, rusted or leaking, following the renovation without sending people up on the roof, and telling the remodel story to the company.
What we did
We flew the roofs and built high-resolution orthomosaics of the whole plant at different stages, to see sheet by sheet what was damaged and what had already been replaced. Alongside, we shot the construction progress video and covered its events with photo and video.
The result
A complete record of the renovation: orthomosaics showing the new roof next to the old rusted sections, video of the remodel's progress, and event footage with the plant and its people.
