The challenge
Getting management, supervision and the end client to see the same real progress on site, without relying on loose photos over WhatsApp.
What we did
Scheduled flights over the site, an orthomosaic and 3D model for each date, and flight-to-flight comparison in the client portal.
The result
A dated, measurable record of construction progress that can be shared with everyone involved.
